W12 CNC 4 Roller Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine

1. The W12 CNC four roll plate rolling machine is  is the latest generation of four-roll plate rolling machines, featuring hydraulic drive, equipped with a programmable CNC system that can store automatic rolling data for hundreds of different workpieces, enabling one click calling and starting. No manual operation required, automatically complete workpiece rolling.

2. This model not only meets the automatic rolling processing of circular shapes, but also can meet the automatic rolling processing of various curved, square, triangular, flat, elliptical and other workpieces.

3. The operating system is equipped with an EPS electronic automatic leveling system, which can automatically adjust the parallelism of the motion axis to ensure product quality.

4. This equipment completes material feeding, pre bending, and rounding in one rolling process. The remaining straight edge of pre bending is ≤ 1.5 times the plate thickness, with high precision and capable of automated processing.

5. The model adopts inverted side roller oil cylinder technology, which is stable and highly efficient.It can effectively reduce the height of the machine body, meet ground installation needs, and reduce user infrastructure costs.

6. Strictly following the process requirements, annealing and shot blasting treatment are carried out on the welded parts such as the frame to remove internal pressure and improve the strength and stability of the machine body.
7. The equipment can be optionally equipped with Front and rear support and Top support, which can effectively control the self weight deformation of the workpiece during the rolling process, assist in rolling, reduce manual labor, and provide product quality and work efficiency.

W11S Upper Roller Universal 3 Roller Plate Rolling Machine

1.The W11S universal rolling machine belongs to the hydraulic three roll rolling machine and is an upgraded version of the W11 mechanical three roll rolling machine.It is often used for rolling thick steel plates and is a cost-effective choice.

2.Used to roll sheet metal into cylindrical, circular, or conical shapes at room temperature. The upper roller can move vertically or horizontally. The vertical displacement of the upper roller is driven by hydraulic transmission, while the horizontal movement is driven by mechanical transmission.

3.It has the function of pre bending at the board end, which is achieved by horizontally moving the upper roller to make the upper roller in an asymmetric position relative to the lower roller. When rolling, the two lower rollers are driven by an electric motor and a reducer. Due to the unchanged elevation of the lower roller, it is convenient for feeding and operation.

4.The tipping frame adopts hydraulic tipping. Adopting PLC programmable display control, digital display operation, easy and intuitive operation.

W11 3-Roller Mechanical Plate Rolling Machine

1.This machine is a mechanically symmetrical plate rolling machine, which works by the downward pressure of the upper roller and the rolling of the upper and lower rollers.

2.It adopts mechanical transmission.  It consists of one upper roller, two lower rollers, a lifting screw, a worm gear, and some auxiliary parts. The implementation of the upper roller lifting motion is achieved by moving the lifting screw up and down.

3.This type of rolling machine is a classic mechanical rolling machine, durable, low investment, easy to operate, widely adaptable to various working conditions and environments, easy to maintain, and low maintenance costs. 

It is suitable for small and medium - batch production or customers with high requirements for operational convenience.

4.The disadvantage is that there are residual board heads that need to be rounded or pre bent with the help of other equipment. When dealing with thick plates or requiring high - torque rolling, it may not be as good as hydraulic equipment. The specific choice needs to be made according to the processing requirements.
